Document with reflections, sheet music, and song lyrics, 9 pages.

Historical Notes

Beth Samuel Congregation was chartered in 1914 by Jewish families in Ambridge, Pa. As the small-town Jewish population of the region declined, several surrounding congregations in Beaver County and western Allegheny County merged into Beth Samuel Jewish Center. It currently draws membership from across the western suburbs of Pittsburgh. On November 3, 2018, the congregation held a memorial service for the victims of the attack at the Tree of Life synagogue on October 27, 2018.
